1. What do I need to create my RSM Web Page?
Your company logo in digital format ( jpg, gif, eps, tif )
You business contact information
Pictures (optional)
Audio (optional)
Video (optional)
Paragraph describing your company (optional)

2. What if I don’t have or know my RSM Login, username and password?
If you do not know this information please visit the login section of
www.rshomeimprovement.com. Click 'forgot my password' and enter your email address.
You password will then be emailed to you. You can also email help@rsmhomeimprovement.com
and we will email you your password.

3. I am planning on uploading a video or audio file to be place on my RSM Page. What are the specifications?
For video we accept .wmv, .mov, .mp4 and many other formats. For audio we accept .mp3 or .wav files.
When the file is ready, go to visit your RSM admin section and upload the appropriate
information by clicking browse. Your files will be formated automatically for use on the website.
This process make take up to 24 hours to be completed.

4. Can I make edits to my RSM Page?
YES, just visit the admin, click the tabs and update as necessary.

5. My logo looks funny. What is happening?
We reformat your logo to be the size 240x180. Because the dimensions are set, we recommend you upload your logo with those same dimensions. If you are having a difficult
time resizing your logo send the logo to help@rsmhomeimprovement.com and we'll give
you some assistance.

6. I want video on my page, but don't have any? Will RSM come tape my business?
RSM is inside the industry and we have LOTS of contacts all over the country that can
help you out. Currently, we are not out in the field taping. However if you would like
to have an RSM executive call you and discuss options with some of our RSM partners
