Relevant Search Media, Inc offers a variety of software development services. RSMhomeimprovement.com offers
a variety of services that involve transferring data between third parties such as a home improvement questions,
a home improvement quotes, or general home improvement planning, design, and implementation device. The data
being transferred, as it relates the exact content, after it is transmitted, becomes the licensed right of
RSM home improvement. RSM will use the data transferred between parties for a variety of reasons that relate to

A Professionals Registration obligations
When a home improvement professional signs up to have their business(s) placed on RSM Home Improvement they
are stating that.
1. They have a functioning home improvement business
2. They do business inside the general related areas
3. The business will answer the questions and quotes that are submitted to them with their best knowledge and
ability in a timely and professional fashion.
4. At any time, for any reason, stated or unstated RSM can remove a professional from rsmhomeimprovement.com
5. The professional must tell RSM that yes; they carry all necessary licensed and insured criteria for his state
and municipal code.
6. If signing up with a credit card, we will store the card number in encrypted format. We will NOT store the card
verification code.
Professional/visitors conduct
Home Improvement professionals that use rsmhomeimprovement.com to display their business information and services
must not use profanity or pornography as a method to display their home improvement services. Professionals who display
information on RSMhomeimprovement.com must use ONLY content, pictures and multi-media which are licensed and or owned
by the business and/or professional that has signed up for the service. Furthermore, the professionals must monitor
that ALL content on their unique URL is intended to do business that is ethic, responsible and in no way criminal in
any matter.
All visitors that visit RSMhomeimprovement must conduct themselves in manners that is responsible. It is against
RSM policy that any visitor or web bot visit rsmhomeimprovement.com and fill out forms that are unintended for the recipient.
All forms in this manner will be prosecuted to rule of law as it relates to internet communication in the United States.

How Submitting Content to RSMhomeimprovement.com

Reselling RSM services are not allowed and are strictly forbidden under any name or corporation for the use of profit or

Users have agreed that Relevant Search media has little or no control over other sites throughout the internet. Be accepting
this agreement you are acknowledging that Relevant Search Media is not responsible for the linking of other sites throughout the
