Choosing the appropriate flooring for your sunroom is important to ensuring your sunroom functions well and last long past the normal wear and tear that occurs. When choosing sunroom flooring there are a few things that have to be considered.

First, what is the sunroom being used for. Is it a spa, enclosure, family room, office, exercise area, or greenhouse?

Second, which direction will your sunroom face?

and Third, what type of glass will be used in the sunroom?

Usually, if there isnt moisture in the room (no spa) think about using a laminate flooring that has an insulated sub floor. For rooms that will have significant moisture consider ceramic tile with a heavily insulated sub floor will work the best. Beyond flooring, insulated the sunroom floor will allow it to be function all year round and add total value to your home.
