Category: Pest-Control - Topic: Removing Bees From An Attic
Removing bees from an attic should be done using preventative techniques rather than attempting to kill every bee that you see with a bee swatter. What happens is that bees will enter your house in the spring months and drill holes inside your attic walls, then lay eggs. Once the eggs hatch, your house has its seasonal bee problem. To remove the bee problem, kill the eggs. If you can find the tiny holes where the eggs could possibly be laid, solutions can be purchased to apply inside these holes. Once these bees are trapped by the application they will eventually die. Continue to deter bees into your home by keeping it clean and checking your attic walls regularly. Also check for easy access area to your home like cracks inside window panes, etc.
