Category: Building-Remodeling - Topic: Use Tile Spacers

Using spacers makes it possible to keep straight grout lines and square tiles together as you install your home tile. After you have spread adhesive on the surface to be tiled and placed the tile into position, lay spacers on all sides of each tile, making sure they are straight. If the tiles you are using have spacers built in, you skip this concern. WHen you lay tile, work in small areas, and constantly check to make sure your tile work has equal spacing. After all of the tiles have been laid, you can remove the spacers.
