During warmer months you can easily tell if there is a sealant problem with your windows. Take a good look at the glass in the window and look for vapor "inside" the glass area. If this is occurring, there is a sealant problem with the glass. Usually, these problems cannot be fixed with a sealant product and your glass will have to be replaced. Check your contract with the window professional and manufacturer to see if they can help you out.
