Poison ivy is sometimes a problem, and how to get rid of it a concern. Round-Up used in a diluted form, say 1:3 or 1:4 can be applied to the plants, being careful not to touch anything you wish to remain alive. Also, apply Round-Up when rain is not in the weather forecast to keep from polluting nearby water sources or property. Use Round-Up according to the instructions and be careful not to get it on wanted plants.

Another way to get rid of poison ivy is to hire a landscaping company and let them take care of the cleanup for you. Call a local landscaping company for advise and an estimate.
