Preventative care can be done around your kitchen and bathroom sinks to prevent a drain clog before it happens. To often people think they can place anything down the drain. This is not the case. Another easy preventative step involves washing your stoppers and strainers on a regular basis. Keeping crumbs away from the sink and inside these stoppers will stop the path which can result in a clogged drain. Keeping these stoppers and strainers clean will prevent this.
